What we handle

Three kinds of damage. One crew that knows all three.

Water, fire, and mold rarely show up alone — a burst pipe leads to mold, a fire is put out with water. We scope and treat the whole picture, not just the visible part.

WAter Mitigation

From a failed water heater to a slab leak or storm intrusion, the first 24–48 hours decide whether materials can be saved. We extract standing water, place engineered drying equipment, and monitor moisture daily until the structure reads dry — not just dry to the touch.

  • Emergency water extraction and structural drying

  • Moisture mapping and daily monitoring logs

  • Category 1–3 water classification and contamination handling

  • Pack-out and content cleaning for salvageable belongings

Fire and Smoke Remediation

Fire damage is rarely confined to the room it started in — smoke, soot, and the water used to fight the fire spread further. We board up and secure the property first, then work outward: soot removal, odor treatment, and structural repair.

  • Emergency board-up and roof tarping

  • Soot and smoke residue removal from structure and contents

  • Thermal fogging and odor neutralization

  • Full reconstruction, from drywall to finish work

Mold remediation

Mold follows moisture — a slow roof leak, a crawlspace with poor ventilation, a bathroom that never quite dries out. We identify the underlying moisture source first, because remediation without fixing that source is temporary.

  • Mold inspection and moisture-source identification

  • Containment and negative-air remediation

  • HEPA filtration and post-remediation verification

  • Crawlspace and attic mold treatment
